Support Personnel

The North Hills support personnel performs a variety of duties, and must be prepared to handle many tasks at once. Communication plays a significant part with our support staff and is imperative for us to deliver successful services. Our goal is to provide professional services that fit the unique needs of each parent and/or child. We strive for a commitment of getting to know you and your child and how to best fulfill your needs.

Meet Our Staff

Eugenia Delph

Eugenia Delph is the 3-5 Service Coordinator for our early childhood program and is also our Office Manager at North Hills. She attended the University of Central Arkansas and received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Family and Consumer Science. She has a passion for children and has worked in the preschool setting since 2002. In 2005 she became certified as a mental health paraprofessional in order to provide crisis stabilization intervention, on-site/off-site intervention, rehabilitative day service, therapeutic day and acute day treatment services to children with behavioral concerns. Eugenia has been employed by North Hills since 2008. She lives in North Little Rock with her husband. When not working, Eugenia enjoys eating out and going to the movies with her husband.

Kandice Johnson

Kandice currently serves as an Administrative Assistant for the North Hills Services, Inc. Child Development Center. She is responsible for conducting quarterly reports and coordinating priority business meetings. Additionally, she facilitates company communications in answering business calls and maintaining accurate company records. Kandice Johnson is an undergraduate student at Arkansas Baptist College (ABC) in Little Rock, Arkansas. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor's of Science degree in Office Management and Supervision. Her long term professional goal is to use her degree to manage a local business office that emphasizes corporate social responsibility. Kandice believes that family is the most important thing in the world, perseverance is needed to overcome life's obstacles and service to mankind is the price we pay for living on earth. Kandice is the mother of one daughter, Jayde and currently resides in Sherwood

Latedra Williams

Latedra Williams is our Birth-3 Service Coordinator at North Hills. Originally from El Dorado, AR Latedra moved to North Little Rock, AR in the summer of 2008. Later that year, she received her Bachelor's of Science degree in Family and Consumer Science from the University of Central Arkansas (UCA). She has been employed at North Hills since July of 2009. Latedra loves to see our children grow and achieve their goals. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. She is the proud mother of one daughter named Victoria. Some of her hobbies/interest includes the following: painting, bowling, volunteering, and road trips.

Myrna Perkins

Myrna Perkins works in our billing department at North Hills. She is responsible for enrolling children in our Daycare and Extended Care programs. She is also responsible for billing at North Hills. Myrna lives in Sherwood and has two children. She is the proud grandmother of four grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Jane Kowalski

Jane Kowalski has been employed with North Hills for 17 years. She is responsible for billing at our center. Jane can answer most of you Medicaid billing questions.
